Member Privileges & Conditions

Membership

Membership is available to all qualifying individuals 18 years of age and over.
BHPS reserves the right to refuse membership to any applicant and membership may be terminated at BHPS's discretion and without cause.
Membership is subject to any and all rules adopted by BHPS including our privacy policies and practices, and they may be amended from time to time without notice.
Members are required to present valid U.S., PR, or CN state, provincial, or federal government-issued photo ID, or any valid passport before signing up for membership.
The membership fee is for one 12-month period from the date of enrollment of the Primary Cardholder.
Your membership card is valid at any BHPS clinics worldwide and is not transferable.
You will be required to show your ID when checking out at a payment register.

Renewing


If you have not signed up for auto-renewal, your membership fee will be charged on the first shop of your renewal month.
Renewal fees are due no later than the last day of the month your membership expires. You may remit your renewal fee by renewing online at bhpsmed.com or at any clinics.
BHPS members may charge their membership fees automatically on any credit card; the card will be charged on the first day of your renewal month.
 Memberships renewed within 2 months after the expiration of the current membership year will be extended for 12 months from the expiration date. Memberships renewed more than 2 months after such expiration will be extended for 12 months from the renewal date.
All renewals will be at the membership fee in effect on the date the membership fee is paid.

We may offer a number of membership plans, including special promotional plans or memberships offered by third parties in conjunction with the provision of their own products and services. We are not responsible for the products and services provided by such third parties. Some membership plans may have differing conditions and limitations, which will be disclosed at your sign-up or in other communications made available to you. Cancellation 

You can cancel your BHPS membership at any time, and you will continue to have access to purchase the BHPS products and services through the end of your billing period. If you cancel your membership, your account will automatically close at the end of your current billing period. If you signed up for BHPS using your account with a third party as a Payment Method and wish to cancel your BHPS membership, you may need to do so through that third party, for example by visiting your account with the applicable third party and turning off auto-renew, or unsubscribing from the BHPS service through that third party.

Payments are nonrefundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. Following any cancellation, however, you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your current billing period.

Upgrade to an Executive Membership and receive an annual 1% Reward. The Executive Membership upgrade fee is an additional $400 a year for Plus Members (plus sales tax where applicable). We will prorate the upgrade amount based on the months remaining in your current membership. Purchases made prior to upgrading are not eligible for the Executive Membership 1% Reward. At your next renewal, you will be billed a total of $599 for your Executive Membership. To upgrade, visit our clinics or call the center at (949)723-9120.

We reserve the right to change our subscription plans or adjust pricing for our service or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion. Except as otherwise expressly provided for in these Terms of Use, any price changes or changes to your subscription plan will take effect following notice to you. 

*Executive Membership 1% Reward BHPS Executive Members receive a 1% Reward on qualified purchases (see the calculation of 1% Reward below). The reward is capped at, and will not exceed $1,000 for any 12-month period. The Reward is not guaranteed to be equal to or greater than the Executive upgrade fee paid. Purchases made prior to upgrade do not qualify for the 1% Reward. The Reward is issued approximately 3 months prior to the member's renewal date in a Renewal Statement and reflects rewards earned up until the issue date. A member must be an active, paid Executive Member when the Reward is earned and issued to receive the Reward. BHPS may opt to deliver 1% Rewards to Executive Members who are BHPS affiliates and subsidiary employees via direct deposit, based on payroll records, in lieu of issuance of a Reward Certificate.  Rewards are not calculated: (i) on purchases of surgeries and BHPS gift Cards; (ii) on membership fees; (iii) on purchases not recorded through BHPS’s front-end registers and transactions are done on or through websites not hosted by BHPS; (iv) on miscellaneous fees, deposits, and taxes, including sales tax and shipping; (v) where prohibited by law or regulation; (vi) on purchases made by anyone other than the account’s Primary; (vii) on add-ons purchases: gratuities, language service, Concierge and Travel, medical insurance, protection, purchased through a third party, upgrades and (viii) on certain other categories as determined at BHPS’s discretion, which may change without notice.

All skincare products we carry can be only sold to direct buyers. Please be aware that it’s not permitted to resell any products you bought from us. The annual purchase limit for each skincare brand is up to $10,000 for our Diamond Membership holders.
